Hi there, my name is Louise. I specialise in creating totally bespoke wedding and celebration cakes, cupcakes and macaron. I firmly believe that every cake should be unique to its recipient. I use only the finest ingredients to ensure my cakes taste as good as they look. I love hand-crafting intricate sugar floral displays, and pushing the boundaries of cake design! I love inventing designs to beautifully complement various elements of the wedding, be it the colour palette, theme or even the lace on the wedding dress!
